Spoil Me is a platform that facilitates the receipt of gifts by creators from their fans. These gifts cannot be assigned, exchanged, or used as payment for creators' services or goods. Creators acknowledge that these gifts are voluntary receipts and cannot provide any consideration to their fans in return. Moreover, creators are explicitly prohibited from offering any goods, services, or other considerations of any form of type in exchange for these gifts.

  • As a creator receiving gifts on Spoil Me, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the gifts you receive. This may include gift tax or other type of tax, depending on your local tax laws.

  • By using Spoil Me, you legally agree to comply with all applicable tax regulations. You must ensure that you report and pay any taxes due on gifts, in accordance with the laws of your country or region.

  • If you encounter any tax issues, such as failure to report earnings, receiving penalties, or being involved in any tax-related investigation or inquiry, you are required to notify Spoil.Me by email within seven days of the issue arising.

  • Spoil Me does not offer tax advice. It is your responsibility to seek guidance from a tax professional to ensure compliance with local tax laws.

  • Spoil Me is not liable for any unpaid taxes or penalties related to your use of the platform, nor for any omission to report or declare any income as may be required by your local tax laws. All tax declaring and payment obligations rest with you, the user.

  • Make sure to consult a tax advisor to clarify your tax obligations, especially if you're unsure about how to report gifts. Managing taxes correctly can help you avoid penalties or legal issues in the future.
